For Custard-Chocholate Biscake Pudding, first make the custard.For this, add milk in a container, give it a boil and then add sugar into it, mix it well. Take custard powder in a bowl, add some water into it, make lumps free paste of it.

Add cardamom powder into the milk, mix it and then add custard paste into the milk by continuously stirring it so that there is no lumps form in the milk.

Give it a boil and as the milk thickhen then switch off the flame and cool it on room temperature. Add chopped fruits and dry fruits into it. Cool it till it becomes chilled.

Take a mixer grinder jar, add chocolate biscuits into it and grind it well. Take 1/2 cup of sugar along with 1/2 cup of water in a pan and make sugar syrup of it.

Now take a serving glass, add 3-4 chocholate cake pieces into it and then pour 1tbsp sugar syrup on it and then pour thick chilled custard over it and again repeat this process for one more time and make layering of it. And further add grinded biscuit powder over it.

Garnish it with some whole biscuit, gems and dry fruits and serve it.
