Ingredients

2large eggplants
3 clovesgarlic
Salt to taste
2 tablespoonstahini or more as needed
1/2 cupyogurt
1/2lemon
2 tablespoonsoil
Pinchred pepper flakes for garnish

Roast the eggplants.

Once cooked, peel and finely chop them. Add mashed garlic, yogurt, a squeeze of lemon, tahini, and salt.

Top with oil and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
