  2. 30 gramParmezan cheese
  3. 50-80 gramSalad, greens by chocie
  4. 10 gramsome nuts for crunchy bite
  5. Optional is: cocktail sauce (mayo + ketchup + black pepper)

    Put the carpaccio beef on the plate. Add green salad and grated parmezan cheese. And if you want to some nuts biu choice for a crunchy bite.
