Carpaccio Tuna Salad

This is a western salad using tuna.
The dressing is an easy-to-make amount, but adjust to taste.
You can use other kinds of sashimi as well. Salmon, sea bream, hamachi yellowtail, buri skipjack, bonito, mackerel, etc.

Cooking Instructions

Soak the onions in water for a bit. Thoroughly drain and arrange on a dish. Cut the tuna into easy-to-eat pieces and arrange on the onions.

Mix together the ● ingredients to make the dressing and pour on top of the tuna.

Here it is with salmon.
