2 servings

1/2filet Lean tuna (Maguro, sashimi grade)
1/2Onion (sliced)
1/4●Onions (finely chopped)
3leaves ●Shiso leaves (chopped)
1 tsp●Grainy mustard
2 tbsp●Olive oil
2 tbsp●Soy sauce
1 tbsp●Lemon juice (or vinegar)
1 tsp●Mirin
1●Salt and pepper

Steps

Soak the onions in water for a bit. Thoroughly drain and arrange on a dish. Cut the tuna into easy-to-eat pieces and arrange on the onions.

Mix together the ● ingredients to make the dressing and pour on top of the tuna.
