This is a western salad using tuna.

The dressing is an easy-to-make amount, but adjust to taste.
You can use other kinds of sashimi as well. Salmon, sea bream, hamachi yellowtail, buri skipjack, bonito, mackerel, etc.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2filet Lean tuna (Maguro, sashimi grade)
  2. 1/2Onion (sliced)
  3. 1/4●Onions (finely chopped)
  4. 3leaves ●Shiso leaves (chopped)
  5. 1 tsp●Grainy mustard
  6. 2 tbsp●Olive oil
  7. 2 tbsp●Soy sauce
  8. 1 tbsp●Lemon juice (or vinegar)
  9. 1 tsp●Mirin
  10. 1●Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the onions in water for a bit. Thoroughly drain and arrange on a dish. Cut the tuna into easy-to-eat pieces and arrange on the onions.

    Mix together the ● ingredients to make the dressing and pour on top of the tuna.

    Here it is with salmon.
