Wash lentil and rice very well and soak in water for 10 minutes

Put cooker on heat add vegetables oil 1 big spoon heat it and add cumin seeds let them brown add chopped onion, green chilli and fry till soft

Add all veggies and fry on medium flame for 5 minutes

Add lentil and rice, salt,black pepper,turmeric powder and mix it well

Pour 3 glasses of water cover the lid after 1 whistle reduce flame low and cook it for 10 minutes.
