Steps

Mix the dry ingredients well and sift them through a sieve into a bowl. ie the flour, baking powder, Cinnamon, tangawizi and the sugar.

In a different bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add the vegetable oil and mix gently.

In a different bowl, (larger) put the egg and whisk. Then alternately add the dry ingredients and the mashed bananas.

Oil and dust your baking tin and pour the mixture inside.

Finally place the tin in the oven. Bake for 45-55 minutes at 200degrees.
