Mix the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl till is creamy and fluffy.Pour in eggs and mix for 4minutes.

Pour the vanilla flavour mix and set aside.

Measure out the plain flour and baking powder.Divide into two pour in the first half and stir vigourously pour in the remaining half and stir in.Pour in milk and red velvet colour and dry mixed fruits then mix very well.

Cream the baking pan with butter,set the oven to be heating up.

Aftr 45minutes,insert a skewer and onces it comes out clean is done.

Stir the butter for 10minutes and add the icing powder for the butter icing

Slice the cake and put the buttercream.
