Bring the oat milk to a boil in a saucepan.

When the milk boils, add the corn flour, ginger, turmeric, and sugar. Cook, stirring constantly, until the water evaporates and you have a thick but manageable dough.

Add the vegan cheese and a little more milk if needed. Cook until the cheese melts.

Quickly pour the mixture into a greased baking pan, mix in the baking powder, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 30-40 minutes.

Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
