Parathas are the most versatile breakfast and can be enjoyed at any time of the day.this is very simple easy recipe and above of all it's ready in 15 minutes.It is a tempting and healthy shallow fried chapati stuffed with yummy paneer based lightly spiced mixture.so enjoy it.

Combine wheat flour, 2 teaspoons oil and salt in a large bowl. Add enough water and knead smooth and soft dough (like roti dough). Grease surface of the dough with 1-teaspoon oil. Cover it and set it aside for 15-20 minutes to settle at room temperature.

To Make stuffing, take all the stuffing ingredients in a bowl (paneer, chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, amchur powder, garam masala, chaat masala and kasoori methi).Mix well till everything is incorporated well.

After resting time, knead the dough once again and divide it into equal portions. Make smooth ball and flatten it out between your palm.

Work with one disc at a time. dip into atta and start rolling using rolling pin and board Make 4 inch diameter circle.

Stuff the mixture and make like roti.heat the tawa or pan on medium heat. Once tawa is hot, place the paratha on it and cook for few seconds, you will see few bubbles on top.Flip the paratha, apply some oil on it. While you apply the oil, other side is also cooked.

Flip it and cook oiled side by pressing lightly with spatula.
Again apply oil, flip and cook by pressing to cook second oiled side.paratha is ready. - 7
