Chicken. Marinate chicken with cumin salt, lemon juice and chilli for 20 min. Place in oven for 45 mins or until turns golden brown

Ugali. Place water in cooking pot and bring to boil, Put flour until and stir with a wooden mwiko until it is slightly hard,cover for 5 mins, knead again for 3 mins and form a ball. remove from heat and set aside, make sure to cover it.

Kachumbari. Slice onions and tomatoes thinly.Mix them and drizzle black pepper and lemon.

Serve the 3 together 😜
