Steps

Heat a cooker on a medium flame.
Add all sprouts and moth beans,bengal gram beans. - 2
Add the salt, black pepper powder and turmeric powder.

Mix well and add 1/2 cup of water.
Close the lid of the cooker and bring to a whistle. - 4
Switch off the flame and release the pressure.
Immediately open the lid to retain the colour.
Take it out in a bowl. - 5
Mix all chopped vegetables, lemon juice chopped coriander and chaat masala.
serve with orange juice.
