Banana whole wheat flour cake
Give your sweet tooth a healthy treat.

In a blender jar put sugar milk and bananas. Blend till mixture get smooth.

Now pour the mixture in a bowl and add ghee give it a whisk.

Mix whole wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda together and sieve twice.

Add the shifted dry ingredients with the mixture running at low speed. Continue to mix until incorporated.

Whisk it for 5 mins more. Cake batter is ready.

Put the batter in a greased pot.

If you have microwave bake the cake 5 mins on high temperature. After 5 mins insert a toothpick or knife center of the cake if it comes out clean or with a few dry crumbs, cake is fully baked. If it appears wet with batter, then the cake is not done. Try baking another few mins before checking again.

In case you don't have microwave bake the cake on gas stove.

Put a pressure cooker on gas stove on high flame remove whistle and ring to the lid and place a cooking rack or plate in the bottem of the cooker. Put the cake pot on the cooking rack and close the cooker. After 5 mins simmer gas stove. After 40 - 45 mins check the cake through toothpick or knife.
