Healthy recipe and one of the famous dish among Punjabi's. Paneer cubes marinated in a mixture of yogurt,spices & veggies cooked traditionally in tandoor but now a days can be done in grilled or oven too.

Healthy recipe and one of the famous dish among Punjabi's. Paneer cubes marinated in a mixture of yogurt,spices & veggies cooked traditionally in tandoor but now a days can be done in grilled or oven too.
Steps

Cut Paneer, onion & capsicum into cubes.

Take a bowl and put yogurt in it. Add ginger garlic paste, oil, lemon juice, ajwain & all powder masala in it. Mix well to make a smooth mixture.

Now take paneer cubes and veggies. Marinate them in yogurt mixture and allow it to absorb all flavour from marination. We can also place them in fridge so that marination should get stick to the ingredients.

Now take skewer or wooden sticks and arrange marinated paneer and veggies on it by inserting them.

Cook it in tandoor/ griller or oven as per choice. Can also cook in nonstick pan.

Apply oil over it from time to time for even colouring and flavour.

As it get cooked from all sides serve hot with laccha onion and mint coriander chutney.
