Take a bowl add cornflour, water mix it. Add sugar.Make liquid.

Now take a pan add this batter, cook it continuously stir.

When it turns into transparent off the flame.

Take machine of make faluda apply oil, then add this batter in it. Now take chilled water with ice cube

Now make faluda on iced water.

For kulfi, boil the milk.

Boil it till it get half. Add sugar.

Add malai in it. Cool it.

Blend it by blender add dry fruits in it.

Keep it in freezer for 6 hours

Now take a serving glass, add rooh afja into it

Add faluda then kulfi then pieces of mango

Repeat this process again.
