Ingredients

10 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 2 cupbuttermilk
  • Pinchturmeric
  • 1 teaspoonadrak mirch paste
  • 2finely chopped green chilli
  • 8-9curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoonwhite til/seasame
  • 2 tsp mustard seed
  • 1-2tsp jeera/cumin seeds
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil
  • as neededCoriander leaves for garnising

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix besan, buttermilk, turmeric powder, salt, adrak mirch paste mix well so that no lumps remain.

  2. 2

    Take plate and grease it with some oil and pour some batter of besan in it,It should be thin not so thick

  3. 3

    Take steamer put plate in it and steam it for 2-3 min.

  4. 4

    After it cools down cut it and roll in shape of khandvi.

  5. 5

    Take a pan put oil, jira, mustard seed, finely chop green chillies, curry leaves, white til.

  6. 6

    Spinkle it and coriander leaves on khandvi.
