  1. 8-9 Amla candy
  2. 1/2 tspblack salt
  3. 1/2 tspchat masala
  4. 1/2 tspjeera(cumin) powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 glasscold water

Steps

  1. 1

    First soak aamla candi for 2 hr

    In grinder add soak aamla candies and water and grind this and Make a juice

  3. 3

    Take one glass add juice, blacksalt, jeera powder, chat masala,salt

  4. 4

    Aamla juice is redy to serve, it serve cold
