Ingredients

1 kgself raising flour
1 cupmaize flour
3 tablespoonsmargarine
5 tablespoonssugar (adjust to your liking)
2eggs
1 teaspooncardamon
500 mlmilk
Pinchsalt

Steps

1

Mix all the dry ingredients, beat the eggs and continue mixing

Add milk little by little and make a dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes

Roll into a circle and cut to your desired shape
4

Put in hot cooking oil and let it cook till brown
5

Serve when cold with your favorite drink.
