Steps

Take ghee in a pan. Turn the heat medium.when ghee is melted and gets slightly hot, add wheat flour.mix well and make lumpy paste.

Roast for 4-5 minutes. Or till the atta gets some colour with aroma.after this turn off the stove.Then add jaggery.

Pour into the plate, even out the surface using back of the spatula.

Let it cool down. While it is still warm, Slice into desired shape and size.
