Fist wash,peel off and cut the vegetables

Now heat a kadai, add oil then fry potatoes and pointed guards, and put in a plate

Now if required add oil, then add panch foran, then onions and fry till it changes colour golden brown then add tomatoes and simmer the gas then add salt, turmeric powder, and fried potatoes and pointed garuds and cook 20min,there is no need of water, cook in simmer flame only.

When cooked nicely, then add postu and little water, mix well then turn off the gas flame.

Potol postu is ready to serve, enjoy it with rice, plain roti, or naan... Superb in taste...

Note- (make Poppy seeds and red chilli paste together).
