Wash and cut ring shape of the karele.

Sperinkle some salt and keep in sunlight for 1 hrs.

Now wash well and dry it.

Heat oil in a kadai add onion,cook until golden brown.

Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and karela,salt mix well.cover with lid and Cook for 10 ten minutes.

Now add raw mangno. Cook for 5 minute.add sonf or mix well.

Fry it for 2 minute,ring karele is ready.

Searve with paratha, puri.
