  • 2 tbspfinely chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbspfinlye chopped onion
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped tomato
  • 2 tbspboil corn
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped mint
  • 2 tbspsev
  • 2 tbspCoriander Leaves
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 2 tspTamarind chutney
  • 1 tspgralic chutney
  • 1 tspgreen chutney
  • For fryingoil

Steps

    Take blow add all stuffing ingredients an mix well an keep aside

    Take dough an make small medium thick poori

  3. 3

    Arrange poori into gujjiya mould an make gujjiya ready an keep aside

    Take a pan add oil when it temper fry gujjiya on low medium flame till golden brown in colour

  5. 5

    Serve hot with choice of ur chutney
