Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

To make the sauce, you put the tomato paste in a pan, add small water, add other ingredients ad brig to a boil.

Allow to set before you pour in your oven dish. Make sure it's not too thick or thin

To make the filling, put the oil in a pan and add the onions. when it turns golden brown, you add the scotch bonnet, kale, mushrooms, marjoram and seasoning.

Grate the mozzarella cheese and add to the kale mixture when you remove it from heat.

Flatten the chicken breast and add the filling, then you roll it and use toothpicks to hold it
Roll each chicken bundle on the bed of crumbs and arrange on the tomato sauce - 7
Sprinkle fresh coriander and put in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown, then you add soe cheese o it ad put it back for 5 minutes.
