
Chicken Broccoli Sweet and Hot
Steps

Remove white veins from chicken. Dice the Chicken into 1 inch, bite-size cubes.

In a Large Bowl: Add the Diced Chicken, Salt & Pepper, Brown Sugar, Chipotle, Sesame Seed, Sazon packet, Soy Sauce, Hot Sauce, Hot Peppers, Cider Vinegar. Toss until well mixed. Set aside, let marinate for half hour.

Heat Large frying pan on medium heat, add Roasted Sesame Oil.

Add Onions, Green Peppers, Garlic - cook until onions start to glaze, then add Broccoli Florettes. Cook about 5 minutes. Remove to covered bowl, set aside.

Add Chicken to pan. Cook about 15 minutes - stirring/tossing after half way through.

Add partially cooked veggies back to frying pan.
Cook another 15 minutes. - 7
Serve with your favorite rice, or mashed potatoes.
