Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tfresh thyme; minced
  • 3/4 tground coriander seed
  • 3/4 tonion powder
  • 1/2 tground cardamom
  • 1/2 tpoppy seeds
  • 1/2 tgarlic powder
  • 1/4 torange peel seasoning
  • H1 Sauce
  • evoo; as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Toss chicken with enough oil to coat. Season. Bake at 350°F for approximately 45 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165°F. Pour H1 sauce over chicken during last 5 minutes of cooking.
