Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflowers of Cauliflower
  2. 1 cuponion cut in wedges
  3. 1 Capsicum cut into cubes
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1 tspDeghi red chilli
  7. 1 pinchEdible red colour
  8. 2 tspsoya sauce
  9. 1 tspvinegar
  10. 1 tbspmaida
  11. 2 tspcornflour
  12. For fryingoil
  13. 1 cupwater
  14. For garnishingcoriander leaves

  1. 1

    Wash & rinse the flowers of cauliflower with water

  2. 2

    Take a bowl,put the flowers in it & marinate with salt, cornflour, maida,red colour, red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste & leave it for 20 mins.

  3. 3

    Take a karahi,put oil in it for frying

  4. 4

    When it gets hot pour marinated flowers one by one,deep fry until they become golden

  5. 5

    Take a pan put 2 tsp of oil in it

  6. 6

    When it become hot add onions,capsicum,soya sauce,salt,vinegar with 1 cup of water

  7. 7

    When it start boiling, slow down the flame & add fried flowers in it & cover the pan for 5 min

  8. 8

    Serve hot
