Ingredients

5 servings
  1. Onion 1bulb
  2. 1 handfulCrayfish
  3. Cow skin (Kpomo)
  4. 1/2 kgFish
  5. 4 handfulWoorowo
  6. Pepper (to taste)
  7. Tomatoes(optional) 3 plum
  8. Palmoil 2 cooking spoon
  9. to tasteLocust beans
  10. to tasteSeasoning(maggi& salt)

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Wash your fish and cow skin(kpomo), place in a pot, add seasoning, water and cook for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Wash your vegetables, slice and set aside.

  3. 3

    Wash and grate your pepper, tomatoes, crayfish and onions and set aside.

  4. 4

    Set your pot on fire, add your palmoil, leave for a minute, add your grated pepper and locust beans. Cook for 2mins.

  5. 5

    Add your fish and looking stock and cook for 3 mins

  6. 6

    Add your vegetables, cover and allow it cook for 2mins.

  7. 7

    Turn off the heat and serve with Semo/pounded yam/Eba
