Vegetable(Efo woorowo)

Woorowo, with the botanical name: Solanecio Biafrae is a vegetable commonly found under the cocoa tree. It has a beautiful scent attached to it, (though some people gets repulsive to it due to it) this scent adds a delicious aroma to any soup, its a vegetable that can be simply enjoyed using just pepper, tomatoes and onion.

Steps

Wash your fish and cow skin(kpomo), place in a pot, add seasoning, water and cook for 10 minutes.

Wash your vegetables, slice and set aside.

Wash and grate your pepper, tomatoes, crayfish and onions and set aside.

Set your pot on fire, add your palmoil, leave for a minute, add your grated pepper and locust beans. Cook for 2mins.

Add your fish and looking stock and cook for 3 mins

Add your vegetables, cover and allow it cook for 2mins.

Turn off the heat and serve with Semo/pounded yam/Eba
