An authentic Bengali cusine,very popular recipie, specially made during monsoon season.
Steps

Marinated the fish with salt and turmeric powder
- 2
Heat oil and shallow fry the fish,keep aside
- 3
Now temper nigella seeds and green chillies
- 4
Add brinjals and saute adding red chilli Powder,salt and turmeric powder
- 5
Add water and boil the curry
- 6
Now add the fish pieces and bring it to boil
- 7
Serve it with rice
