Hasselback garlic and herbs baby potatoes

Preheat oven to 425°F

Cut slits through each potato stopping before the bottom

Place of baking dish and brush with some of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper

Bake 20 min

Add garlic and herbs to olive oil and brush over potatoes getting as much as possible in the slices
- 6
Bake another 10 min
