Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhole wheat Flour
  2. 1/2 cupSuji
  3. 1 cupburra khand
  4. 1 cupDry fruits chopped
  5. 1 spoondry Ginger powder
  6. 1 spoongoond (fried and blended)
  7. 1 spoonkanarkass
  8. 1 cuppure Ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan heat ghee

  2. 2

    Add wheat flour and Suji together

  3. 3

    Sautee for 10 to 15 minutes

  4. 4

    On low to medium frame.till drown

  5. 5

    Add dry ginger powder.

  6. 6

    Mix all well together

  7. 7

    Add goondh and mix again

  8. 8

    Off the flame.

  9. 9

    Let it cool down for a while.

  10. 10

    Add dry nuts and durra khand

  11. 11

    Keep mixing.

  12. 12

    Make round pinni out of it.

  13. 13

    And serve. 😊
