Ingredients

  • For rolls sheet -2 cups Maida
  • Water
  • 4 tspSuji
  • 2 tspOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 250 gmFor roll stuffing- mutton boneless
  • Oil
  • Grchilli 2-3 chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 cupOnion sliced
  • Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • Cucumber chopped in Juliens

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maida with oil,salt,Suji first.Then add water and knead to a little stiff dough.Keep aside.

    Fir stuffing boil mutton after washing it nicely.Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Take a pan and add oil in it.Put ginger garlic paste and onions.Saute a while then put tomato saucevand stir fry.Add mutton,salt to taste.

    Stir fry and keep aside.

    Now take out balls from the kneaded dough and rool out to medium size roti and put above mutton mixture in centre.Add cucumber juliens & some chopped onion.Roll the roti and at end tuck it in from both sides nicely.Repeat same with all

    Deep fry in hot oil till brown from both sides.
