Ingredients

2 Tbspolive oil
2 Tbspapple cider vinegar
1 Tbspmustard seeds
2 tspprepared creamy horseradish
1 Tbspground mustard
1 tsphoney
2 tspminced shallots
3 Ccoleslaw mix

Toast the mustard seeds on medium for about 3 minutes in a skillet. Whisk in the other 6 ingredients and blend. Take off heat. Put the coleslaw mix in a medium bowl and pour the mixture over it and toss with tongs to combine. Serve on sandwiches or on the side.
