Steps

Peel the yam back and cut into small portions then wash yam and place inside a pot with water enough to cover the base of the yam and cover pot; allow it cook till it’s almost tender

Wash onions and pepper then dice and set aside, wash dry fish thoroughly and set aside

Once the yam is almost tender add dried fish fish and cover the pot for about 4 minutes

Add onions, fresh pepper, salt, crayfish, knorr cube and then palm oil, Dont stir just cover for 3minutes

After 3 minutes, stir everything and serve
