Peel the potatoes and mash them

In a kadai add oil let it heat

Add mustard seeds to oil let it crackle

Then add,garlic,onion,ginger and green chilies

Then add turmeric and red chilli powder

Cook for a while then add boiled and mashed potatoes

Then add salt

Let it cool down for a while then make vada out of the mixture

In a bowl take some gram flour mix it until smooth paste

Dip every vada and deep fry it till golden brown

Now take a pav add the chutney, cheese slices and vada heat the Pav

Serve with fried green Chilli
