Ingredients

  • boiled potatoes 7 nos
  • 1/3 tbspMustard seeds
  • 2 tbspGinger finely chopped
  • 4 tbspGarlic finely chopped
  • 1 bowlOnion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbspChilies whole /finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspChilli powder
  • Gramflour 250 gm
  • 200 mlOil for frying vada
  • slicesCheese 7-8 nos
  • 1 bowlPudhina and coriander chutney
  • 4-5Pav

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and mash them

  2. 2

    In a kadai add oil let it heat

  3. 3

    Add mustard seeds to oil let it crackle

  4. 4

    Then add,garlic,onion,ginger and green chilies

  5. 5

    Then add turmeric and red chilli powder

  6. 6

    Cook for a while then add boiled and mashed potatoes

  7. 7

    Then add salt

  8. 8

    Let it cool down for a while then make vada out of the mixture

  9. 9

    In a bowl take some gram flour mix it until smooth paste

  10. 10

    Dip every vada and deep fry it till golden brown

    Now take a pav add the chutney, cheese slices and vada heat the Pav

    Serve with fried green Chilli
