Ingredients

1 poundcooked chickpeas (about 450 grams)
3 clovesgarlic
1 cuptahini (about 240 ml)
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste

First, blend the chickpeas in a food processor.

Mix with the remaining ingredients, then blend again until smooth.

Serve with olive oil and chili. Enjoy!
