Paneer pakora

Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, chaat masala, kasuri methi and salt.

Now add 10 cubes paneer and rub gently covering masala paste to paneer. keep aside.

Prepare besan batter by taking ½ cup besan and 2 tbsp rice flour in a mixing bowl.

Also add chilli powder,hing, chaat masala and salt.

Add in ½ cup water and whisk smooth.

Also, add a pinch of baking soda and mix gently.
- 7
Dip the marinated paneer into besan batter and coat.

Deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
- 9
Paneer pakora is ready to serve.
