Ingredients

  1. 1 poundcooked chickpeas (about 450 grams)
  2. 3 clovesgarlic
  3. 1 cuptahini (about 240 ml)
  4. Juice of 1 lemon
  5. Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    First, blend the chickpeas in a food processor.

    Mix with the remaining ingredients, then blend again until smooth.

  3. 3

    Serve with olive oil and chili. Enjoy!
