Moong daal cooked with onion tomato ginger and than tempering with zeera heing and some other Indian spices.
Steps

In a pressure cooker put washed daal, turmeric powder, chopped onion, salt to taste and 3 cups of water stir well and cooked till daal is soft.

Ones the pressure release remove the lid and stir well.
- 3
In a small pan put desi ghee and put sabut zeera when thay splatter than put hing and kalimirch powder stir well and gently put on the boiled daal and stir well.

Hence your daal is ready to serve enjoy with roti aur rice.
