Payazi or onion Pakoras are usually enjoyed in rainy days or monsoon. But here at my kitchen, piyazi are often fried as tea time snacks as it is very easy and quick making recipe anytime at home.

Payazi or onion Pakoras are usually enjoyed in rainy days or monsoon. But here at my kitchen, piyazi are often fried as tea time snacks as it is very easy and quick making recipe anytime at home.

In a mixing bowl, add chopped onions and all other ingredients except oil and ketchup

Let it rest for 5 minutes

Now heat oil in medium low flame and start pouring little by little of the mixture in the oil
- 4
Frying in batches. Turn and fry the other side once one side is done
- 5
Serve them hot with kasundi and ketchup.
