Steps

Take a bowl add besan & sooji, sugar, turmeric powder mix it well

Add warm water to the mixture.make sure that te batter should be of meduim thickness.

Take a steamer add water & keep it to the boilfor 1 min

Add lemon juice,oil, salt to the batter & mix it well.let the batter rest for 10 min after that add eno to the batter & mix it clockwise.

Take a greased bowl pour the batter immediately into the bowl after that adding eno.keep the batter bowl inside the steamer.

Steam it for 20 min

For the tempering :- take a tadka pan pure oil & add hing, mustard seeds, green chillies,curry leaves, water, sugar, once it done add coriander leaves.

Once the dhoklas are done pour the tadka over them.

Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
