Ingredients

15-20 min
4 serving
  • 500 gmbhindi/ladies finger
  • 100 gmyogurt
  • 1 tbspchopped garlic
  • 2 tbspgarlic paste
  • 1/2 cupCumin seeds and red chilli whole paste
  • 2 tbspOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1-2 pieceRed chilli whole

Steps

15-20 min
  1. 1

    Cut the small pieces of bhindi or ladies finger.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,red chilli whole and satue. Then add chopped garlic and satue till fragrent.

  3. 3

    Add bhindi and fry. Cover and cook 5-6 min.

  4. 4

    Add garlic paste and then add cumin and red chilli whole paste and mix it.
