Ingredients

  1. makhana vegetable----
  2. 1 cup makhana
  3. 1 cup mava
  4. 1chop onion
  5. 1chop tomato
  6. 1green chilli
  7. 1 tsp ginger
  8. 3 tbspghee
  9. 1/2 cup curd
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 1/2 tsp haldi
  12. 1 tsp coriander powder
  13. 1 tspgaram masala
  14. Pineapple basundi---
  15. 3 cupmilk
  16. 1/2 cup milkmaid
  17. 1 tbspsugar
  18. 1 cup grated pineapple
  19. 1 tsp Cardamon powder
  20. 1 tbspalmond flakes
  21. 2 tbsppineapple chunks
  22. 1 tbsppista
  23. For parantha----
  24. 2 cup flour
  25. 1 tsp salt
  26. 1 tbspghee
  27. Oil for cook parantha
  28. 1 tbspmalai

Steps

    Boil tomato strain and make puree

  2. 2

    Grate onion

  3. 3

    Roast mava

  4. 4

    Fry makhana in ghee and keep aside

  5. 5

    Heat ghee add onion and saute

  6. 6

    Then add ginger and chilli

  7. 7

    Add spices and curd

  8. 8

    Stir continuously and add tomato puree

  9. 9

    Cook them till oil leave then add half cup water

  10. 10

    Add garam masala and mava

  11. 11

    Mix and cook

  12. 12

    Lastly add makhana and cook a little

  13. 13

    Cover pan

  14. 14

    Add malai and mix

  15. 15

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Pineapple basundi----

    Add milkmaid and milk

  18. 18

    And mix

  19. 19

    Add Cardmon powder and almonds

  20. 20

    Cook till little thick

  21. 21

    Turn off gas and cool it

  22. 22

    Keep in freeze

  23. 23

    Heat pan add grated pineapple and sugar

    COok till soft

  25. 25

    Take out cold milk and add pineapple

  26. 26

    Again cool it in freeze

  27. 27

    At the time of serving add pineapple chunks and garnish with pista

    Parantha--

    Take flour,salt,ghee and make a dough with water

    Roll down parantha

    Cook from both sides

    Our lunch is ready
