Ingredients

40 servings
  • 6 lbsBreakfast Sausage - - browned
  • 3 lbsBacon - - cut into small pieces and browned
  • 3 bagsfrozen Hashbrowns Obrien
  • 48eggs - - scrambled
  • 2green peppers diced and sautéed
  • 1large onion diced and sautéed
  • 1 gallonqueso
  • 40burrito size tortillas

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except tortillas.

  2. 2

    Place one cup of mixture on a tortillas and wrap into a burrito

  3. 3

    Wrap each burrito tightly in plastic wrap.

  4. 4

    Freeze until ready to eat.

  5. 5

    Thaw overnight in refrigerator and microwave until hot.
