Ingredients

  • 250 gmpumpkin grated
  • 1/4 bowljaggery
  • 1/2 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 bowlrice flour
  • 1 spoonghee
  • as neededOil for fry

    First take a bowl add pumpkin and jaggery and salt mix it

    Then add rice flour and ghee make a dough

    Rest it 10 min

    Then take a dough make a ball and just press it and fry it...
