Heat oil add paneer fry and re

Add onion and ginger garlic paste

Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add tomatoes and red chilli powder and mix well

Now add paneer cover it with rice

Garnish with fried onion, biryani masala ghee and kesar soaked milk

Cover it and keep on low flame for 15 minutes

Serve it with raita
