Ingredients

  • 1 packageFettuccini pasta
  • 8tablespoons, unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cupheavy cream
  • 1 cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • to tasteFreshly ground pepper
  • Salt to taste.
  • Fresh chopped Italian Parsley for garnish on top of pasta

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook Fettuccini in plenty of boiling water ( salted) until "al Dente" ( 5 to 7 minutes), drain well and transfer to serving dish.

  2. 2

    Mix all above ingredients in a saucepan, stirring constantly on a medium heat so it doesn't burn. Mix thoroughly and pour on the Fettuccini. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
