
Chicken Lo Mein Stir-fry

In large bowl combine chicken, pepper, salt and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.

In a seperate bowl combine chicken broth, sesame oil, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and cornstarch. Mix together.

Put vegetable oil into wok, add chicken and cook till done. Remove chicken for later.

In wok put 2 cloves of garlic, minced and 1 tbsp ginger. Add mushrooms, onions, carrots and snow peas. Stir fry till tender.

Add chicken back into wok. Add 4 servings of cooked Ramen noodles. Stir together and heat. Add the soy sauce mixture. Thoroughly mix all together.

Top with green onions chopped and serve.
