Cut onion & tomato in small pieces. Heat 1 tbs butter in a pan & put 4-5 cashew nuts in it. Put onion in it. Now tomato & fry for 2 minutes.

Lets cool. Grind it in grinder & make smooth paste.

Heat butter in a pan & put jeera, bay leaves & till golden. Now add cashew nuts & Roste for 2 minutes. Keep aside.

In another pan heat 1 tbs butter & put greavy in it. Add all dry spices & Roste for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup milk.

When The gravy become thick,turn off the flame. Put cashew nuts in it & cover with lid.

Serev kaju masala with nan or chapati.
