  • 1small bow khichdi
  • 1onion
  • leavesCoriander
  • 1green chilli
  • 2 tbspbesan
  • 1 tbspricd flour
  • to tasteSalt & red chilli

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl take leftover cooked khichdi & mash it coarsely.

  2. 2

    Add onion, coriander leaves, salt, chilli, besan & flour.

    Mix all well in needed add 1 tsp oil.

  4. 4

    Heat oil drop using thumb & two fingers or a spoon. Enjoy these crispy fritters.
