Ingredients

  • 2 lbsstew beef, seared
  • 8 cupsbeef stock
  • 4 cupschopped celery
  • 1whole white onion, chopped
  • 4 clovesgarlic, sliced
  • 10 oz.baby spinach
  • 10 oz.kale
  • 1 cupfrozen peas
  • 1 tsp.garlic paste
  • 2 tbs.tomato paste
  • 1 tbs.smoke house pepper
  • 2 tbs.black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring beef stock to a simmer. Add celery, garlic, onion, tomato paste garlic paste, smokehouse pepper, black pepper.

  2. 2

    Sear stew beef on a very hot surface, browning all sides. Add to stock.

  3. 3

    Add baby spinach, kale, and frozen peas.

  4. 4

    Simmer for 30 mins. Remove from heat. Enjoy.
